Note from the Dean
I hope your February has been a good one.  We have two important Miller dates remaining this month.  This coming Wednesday, February 20 is the alumni reception and Pacer game against the evil Cleveland Cavaliers. There is still time to make your reservation.  Just click on the reservations link.  I hope to see you there.

On Saturday, February 23, a number of outstanding high school seniors who have been admitted to Ball State will be on campus to interview for a Miller Scholarship and the honor of being in the first class of the Miller Scholars.  Miller Scholars is our new program for high achieving new freshmen and includes a full tuition scholarship. You will read more about it next edition of the Ball State Business magazine.
Do you know who is in the People + Ideas picture at the beginning of our e-news?  It is Oz Nelson, class of 1959 and former CEO of UPS, and Brian Geiselhart, class of 2008 and entrepreneurship major.  The picture was taken last year when Oz was on campus speaking to an ethics class. You, too, can share your experience and knowledge with today’s Miller students during Dialogue Days, March 4 and 5.  If you have not registered, it is not too late.  Just call Tammy Estep at (765) 285-8311.
Until next month, best wishes!
